These terms apply when you buy from Wibble N Wobble via wibblenwobble.com. We trade from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom.

2. Placing an order

When you complete checkout via Stripe, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes) and will refund any payment taken.

3. Products & pricing

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly.
• Limited drops may sell out — stock is confirmed at checkout.
• Delivery charges (if selected) are shown before payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Your payment is only taken when checkout completes successfully.

See our Shipping Information page. You may choose paid UK delivery or free in-person collection where offered at checkout.

6. Your consumer rights (UK)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These terms do not affect those rights. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Cancellations & returns

For distance sales, you generally have 14 days to cancel from receipt of goods (excluding items exempt by law). Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Intellectual property

All branding, designs, logos, and website content belong to Wibble N Wobble. You may not copy or use them without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland to bring proceedings in your local courts where required by law.
