Shipping Information
We ship across the UK from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. Choose delivery at checkout or collect in person for free.
Fulfilment options
UK delivery — £5.00
Standard delivery to UK addresses. Select this option during Stripe checkout.
Free collection
Collect in person at no extra charge. We will email you collection details after your order is confirmed.
Processing time
- Orders are typically packed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.
- During busy drops, processing may take slightly longer — we will email you if there is a delay.
- You will receive confirmation by email from Stripe when payment succeeds.
Delivery times (UK)
- After dispatch, allow 2–5 working days for standard UK delivery.
- Remote areas, bank holidays, and peak periods may take longer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the parcel has been handed over.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, email help@wibblenwobble.com and we will see what we can do.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will email you tracking details when your order ships. For smaller shipments without tracking, we will confirm dispatch by email.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at help@wibblenwobble.com with photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address you provided. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we will help where possible before dispatch.
Collection in person
If you select free collection, we will contact you by email to arrange a convenient time and location in the Huddersfield area. Please bring your order confirmation email.
