Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Wibble N Wobble merch. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work for orders placed from the UK.

Your statutory rights

As a UK consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

14-day cancellation right

For online purchases, you usually have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to change your mind and cancel, unless an exemption applies.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging where possible.
  • You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we state otherwise.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • We may deduct diminished value if items show signs of use beyond inspection.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at help@wibblenwobble.com.
  • Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund including standard delivery costs.
  • We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty/incorrect items.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered (unless faulty).
  • Items returned without proof of purchase.
  • Items excluded by law (e.g. sealed hygiene products once opened, if applicable to future product lines).

How to start a return

  1. Email help@wibblenwobble.com with your name, order email, and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack items securely and obtain proof of postage.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method via Stripe.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to show the refund after we process it.
  • Original delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order is faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

We do not hold exchange stock for all sizes at this time. For limited drops, we typically offer a refund so you can re-order if stock allows. Contact us and we will do our best to help.

Collection orders

If you collected in person, the same quality and returns standards apply. Contact us before returning any collected item.
